Practicalities
My practice is within easy reach of Finchley - East Finchley, West Finchley, North Finchley and Finchley Central, a direct bus/train ride from Central London and close to the North Circular Road for easy access from West London.

I practice in Finchley, North London and Central London
Time and frequency of sessions
A session lasts for a minimum of 1 hour and can last for 2 – 3 hours, depending on the process used.
My suggestion is that you have a minimum of 3 - 6 sessions, giving you the opportunity to fully address your challenges. Following these, we can review the situation.
